Product Inspection, Returns & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every shipping container or trailer we supply meets the quality standards and specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Upon delivery, all containers and trailers must be inspected by the buyer or the buyer's authorized representative before acceptance.
If, upon inspection, the product is found to be defective or materially different from the agreed specifications, the buyer must notify us immediately. Once the reported issue has been verified, we will, at our discretion, either:

• Replace the product with one that meets the agreed specifications; or
• Issue a full refund.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 3 business days following verification of the reported issue.
This policy applies only to defects or discrepancies that existed at the time of delivery and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after acceptance of the product.
